Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on HomeFirst90 Complete. To request a refund, use the HomeFirst90 support details shown on your Stripe payment receipt. This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Your access
Your Complete household access code acts like a password. Keep it private and only share it with people you want to access the same household plan.
Availability
We aim to keep HomeFirst90 available, but web services can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may improve or change features over time while keeping the core purchased service available.
